When you have desires in life you want to make happen you will want to use the law of attraction to make it work. You want to think about the things in life that you really wand and how to get them. When you apply the law of attraction you will see that things are a little easier and you will be happier too.

Learning how to attract people with the law of attraction can help you meet your desires in life. Maybe you want to have more friends in life and meet someone that you can share your time with. It would be nice to use the law of attraction to make this work for you and help you meet the people that you long for in life.

Whatever you want in life can be achievable. This is the one thing that you need to remember no matter what. You have to think about the things that make you happy and what you want to make happen for you. Depending on your lifestyle and what you are doing with it, you will have different desires. There will be early daybreaks and late nights. You will be spent. You will question why you began in the first place. Yet, you will keep working hard for setting and achieving goals. Remember, there is no single notable person ever who soared to great heights in life without working like a slave. Massive action means performing better, studying more and suffering more than anyone. You have to understand the importance of delayed gratification and own it. Start by nailing down essential tasks, changing your schedule, recording tasks and functions of the day and finding the right people and resources that can assist you. Keep in mind that you have to be as independent as possible to finish more in the long term.

Disciplined Consistency and Consistently Disciplined for Setting and Achieving Goals

Discipline is what separates the leaders from the followers. If you genuinely want to change your life, if you want to up your game, you must produce even if you are tired, while being excellent each and every time. OK, maybe not totally excellent, but at least be consistently good. Notice I did not say you have to be perfect. Aiming for perfection only slows you down and is often an excuse for procrastination. You have to take action, all the time, every time. Your goal is depending on you. Don't let it down.

Discipline and consistency go hand in hand, because discipline breeds consistency. If you keep going, if you aim to complete your everyday tasks, if you keep taking action, you will find it gets easier and easier. Then, something interesting happens. You start to change as a human being. You learn and do new things, and therefore become different by default. You become better. You become more YOU.

I flex my smile muscle many times a day, even when I don't feel like smiling. Why? It helps to get me into a confident state of mind. It is also scientifically proven to work. I read inspirational quotes, watch motivational videos on YouTube and train daily in the act of optimism. Optimism takes practice. Here's a good tip: The next time a problem seems so big and scary that it threatens to swallow you up, fight it with knowledge. Get on the Internet and do research. Slay that dragon by learning its loopholes, it weaknesses and shortcuts. It might help to believe in the powers of the Universal Law of Attraction which draws opportunities toward you just the way you specify to, and in the right intensity as you sought after.

Finally, Have Patience

Some goals are very big and will take time to accomplish. Break them down into smaller goals. Do not allow yourself to think that some goals are just too huge to be possible. Be specific and set goals that are attainable to your current situation and start working to achieve those. Patience is the partner that silently keeps you going, even when you feel you are about to give up. Sometimes patience is the biggest, but quietest factor in the game of setting and achieving goals.

Self-esteem is a state of mind. It can fill you with happiness, cheer, and assurance. It can also make you feel awful about yourself. Self-esteem is like a battery. When the battery is charged, your self esteem is higher and you feel great; when the battery is lower, you feel crummy.

So exactly how do you establish this self-belief in yourself? Do not even start to think that self-belief is self-importance. They are certainly not the same. It is more like conceit which, of course, does not lead to individual success.

The right solution is to have self confidence. This implies that you see yourself as good and capable as anyone else, no better or much worse, you are proud of who you are, and you approach everything with a beneficial outlook.

To do this you need to find out that you need to accept yourself unconditionally. You will have strengths and weak points, and you will certainly have success and failures. You should learn to accept those truths. This is just what confidence is about - truth in yourself.

It is necessary to not let your blunders or failures overpower you, and ruin your happiness. You need to accept your mistakes and just keep going. Any time you do not acknowledge your blunders, you lose some of your self confidence and esteem.

The majority of people acquire a ton of happiness from their accomplishments. Their confidence rises; they feel like they can complete anything. However, the exact same confidence can easily fall when that man or woman is miscalculates. This can easily trigger that individual to feel unhappy and undesirable, and can easily eat away at his or her confidence until they are incredibly unhappy. Plus it will impact other parts of their lives - and not for the better!

In order to improve your confidence, you have to be fair to yourself. Do not beat yourself up when you make some type of mistake. It can easily cause depression and overwhelming sense of guilt if you do. Don't judge yourself harshly - try not to judge yourself at all. Just keep going and your self esteem will continue to build.

How To Overcome Procrastination

Procrastination is unfortunately something that a lot of us suffer from regularly, whether it's just an occasional ‘put off ‘til tomorrow' or a recurrent lack of drive and motivation. Procrastination can often hold us back from what we really want in life, and unfortunately, it's something that can crop up at any time of life, no matter who you are. A lot of people often assume that procrastination is simply being lazy, but this isn't always the case. Often, feelings of tiredness, hopelessness, panic or even depression can cause us to put things off and avoid reality completely.

Procrastination is a trap, and once we've fallen in it can be very difficult to get back out, so why do we do it? Well for many people, procrastination is simply a way of coping with emotions and physical symptoms that often come with depression, often caused by panic. The unfortunate truth is that often, a ‘snowballing' effect can happen, you may be stressed and under pressure at work, then causing you to panic, which may then trigger depression which in turn can make thing very difficult for you to do. However it happened, it's important you get out of it, otherwise you may find that nothing will ever get done because you're too miserable and negative to bring yourself to do it.

There are 5 main ‘style's of procrastination, you may feel that you fall under one mains style, or a mixture.

1. Organization and keeping track of things is very difficult
2. You fear people disapprove of you, or fear disapproval itself
3. Important tasks seem futile, and so overwhelming it feels stupid to even attempt them
4. Hostile feelings towards someone, and punishing them by putting things off
5. Routines and Schedules cause you to feel rebellious

These styles of procrastination can often also overlap in one of four different themes: Self Doubt, Discomfort Dodging, Guilt Driven and Habitual. Self Doubt is people who feel that there are rigid standards about how certain things need to be done and often fear they will fail, they often second guess themselves and will delay taking action against procrastinating. Discomfort dodging is when a person will avoid activities that will cause them anxiety, discomfort or even distress, however, often by dodging the activity, feelings and tension don't go away, and instead mount due to the avoidance. Guilt driven people often feel extreme guilt when tasks go done, but instead of acting on their guilt and working, they instead procrastinate, avoiding the issue and the guilt completely. And finally, Habitual people are people who have found procrastination to be an automatic response within their lives, they have put things off so often, that they feel it is just a part of them now, and there is nothing they can do to change it.

But there are things you can do to change it, and get out of your procrastination cycle once and for all. The first thing is a simple idea, but it works all the same – make a list! It sounds ridiculous, but it does actually work. Just go to your local stationary store and get yourself a large notebook, and make lists and plans for yourself to stick to, prioritize everything on your list in order of importance, and allocate times for these tasks to be done (1 hour, 2 hours etc). The key to battling procrastination is organization, by allocating specific times; you're ensuring that you have enough time to do everything and get it done! If a task is particularly big, then split it up into manageable time slots, making sure that progress is steady, and you're not giving yourself too much to do.

However, you also need to create some time for yourself, or ‘reward time'. Reward time gives you an incentive to get things done, because you know once it's done you can have a break and reward yourself for your hard work. Procrastination is a tough mountain to climb, but once you reach the top you're free to reap the rewards of an organized, healthy and happy lifestyle, as well as the true relief and satisfaction that comes with having nothing weighing you down!
