Attract the Universe and Achieve Your Goals

by: Donny Pazzero

The Universal Law of Attraction can be a very effective tool in making you achieve your goals and practically everything else you want to have in this lifetime. You will realize that desire should always start from within, and the world will just obey your thoughts, actions and ideas. Here are some guidelines on how to get your objectives just the way you want.

Ask the Universe

According to the Universal Law of Attraction, ask the universe and it shall give to you. However, to achieve your goals, you have to truly have an idea about what kind of thing or event you want to happen in your life. There are plenty of items that you can ask from the world. The most common are superficial things such as money, a new car, a new house, etc. More meaningful items include better relationships with your family or wife, happiness in your job and life, etc. All of these can be given to you at the time you want and in the extent you need. To help you work out what you want find a personal development consultant who will help you identify this at a very low cost for you.

The Way You Ask

The way you ask the universe will also matter. Keep in mind that the universe will immediately hear and respond in the manner you believe in. Your first thought might go, 'I want a brand new Ferrari.' The world will then respond, 'Your wish is my command.' However, other thoughts can still enter such as, 'But it may still be when I'm in my 40's.' or 'But it will happen when I get the promotion.' or even 'It can't happen.' The world will just say yes to everything you inject in your thoughts.

The time, extent, severity and other details of your wish will be determined by your mind alone. If you have any doubt or disbelief about the power of the universe to provide, then it will truly give to you accordingly. Make sure you clean your thoughts thoroughly so that you set your goals straight and allow the universe to perform the best way.

Your Actions

Once you and your personal development consultant have set your goals and asked from the universe, your mind, thoughts and body will start acting automatically to lead towards the goals and objectives. You will subconsciously accomplish small tasks and open up a wide array of opportunities that are meant to direct you to the ultimate mark. Renew your goals each morning as you wake up and your body will just function immediately towards these.

Work both consciously and subconsciously. Remember that it also requires effort and discipline on your part to receive the best things in life. Do not expect everything to just fall into place. If you want to land that promotion, then you should start going to work early, volunteer for projects and show that you are prepared for bigger responsibilities.

Staying Positive

The Universal Law of Attraction helps you achieve your goals, as long as you remain positive. Always believe that the universe is capable of providing immediately. Anything can actually happen, in the time you have set. Always be optimistic in the face of adversary. It is not impossible that you will encounter a few problems along the way, but what's more important is how you relate to the situation in a positive light. Be conscious about what's happening and act to alleviate the effects. If every you need support with any of this then take advantage of the amazing benefits of having a personal development consultant.

Daily Goal Setting Tips

by Evelyn McFarland

To make your days as productive as possible, the first step is to clear the clutter from your mind and life. Here are some very simple yet effective tips, which will make the most of your day.

1. Chalk out a detailed plan to reach your target. For instance, let's assume that you want to clear the clutter in your room. What if your room looks like a pigsty, and you have not found the time to clean it for months? You will feel overwhelmed and may not even know where to start. So to achieve the goal of cleaning your room, break the goal into small steps. Jot down a list of things you need to do, in order to clear up all the stuff that you have collected. Decide on things you want to throw away like old shoes, clothes, make-up products etc. Once this is done, set up a time limit for each of these steps. You have now broken down a task that seemed overwhelming, into a doable task that has several small steps.

2. Ask someone in your life to be your accountability partner. It could be your sibling, partner, parent or a good friend. This person can help you attain your goals, since you would have to keep updating him/her on your progress regularly. Your accountability partner will help you achieve your goals and overcome hurdles.

3. Remember that there might be hurdles along the way. Several people give up on their goals, just because they face a few unexpected obstacles. It could be an internal obstacle or an external one. Obstacles could be things like discipline issues, negative thinking, limiting belief system, lack of time etc. Try to analyze the situation and understand the hurdles that might come up, so that you can get past them.

4. Once you know the kind of hurdles you might have to face, have an action plan ready. Let's say you have set a goal for yourself, according to which you will give up smoking in 6 months. What if you are in the company of smokers? What if someone offers you a cigarette? Initially, you can try and excuse yourself when you are in the company of smokers. You can try out nicotine patches. When you go to restaurants, you can choose to sit in the non-smokers zone. Just have a plan to cope with various obstacles that might come your way.

5. Every time you succeed, celebrate and rejoice. As you work towards your large goal, you will have to get past various small ones. Every time you achieve one of these smaller goals, reward yourself. This will help you stay motivated, since you will always be aiming at finishing a small goal to get to the reward. It might take years before you can reach your long-term goal, but your efforts towards this goal need to be rewarded.

Reaching your target is not always easy, but every time you move away from the path, get right back on. You may have to take a few detours, you may have to get some rest, but never give up. Never lose hope and before you know it, you will be where you have always wanted to be.

Set Up Your Own Personal Development Goals For You To Become Blissful

Set Up Your Own Personal Development Goals For You To Become Blissful by Andrew Milton

Everyone of us has our own personal goals. Some of these goals are not even factors we think about: we get up at 6 a.m. each day to arrive at work by 9, or perhaps we go to a restaurant to order food in order to satisfy our food cravings.

These are basic goals to accomplish our fundamental needs. However, as individuals, with our simple vision to be significantly better individuals, we must also have personal development goals. These goals we have to think about, because this signifies a specific aim which is distinct to each individual.

Wanting to enhance on yourself appears like an overwhelming task. However this isn't so if or when you do a little something needed for a specific goal each day. Your initial steps are always the most difficult to get done, but the moment you are on a roll, and you keep at it every single day, then everything will become much easier.

If or when you really want a certain goal that you think could be for your betterment, then the actions you will do to achieve it will not be a problem at all.

Creating a goal is the first step. Precisely what do you like to gain? Precisely what would you want to end up being?

The next step is to set up micro goals, just like train station stops before you can get to your desired destination. It is to keep track of gains in your route towards that goal. These micro goals will help make everything look simple and achievable, which will be ideal if your biggest goal appears to be such a high goal to reach. Each time you complete a mini goal, it’ll seem like you’ve accomplished something, and there is a sense of fulfillment and satisfaction.

As soon as these micro goals are in place, begin to consider what you can do to accomplish these. This is where the methods come in. Sometimes it is ideal to be very specific, however you don't necessarily have to limit yourself to one or even two ways.

Always bear in mind that there are many different methods to reach your ultimate goal, so continue to be open to brand new opportunities as well as different mechanisms. So at least if one method does not work, you're able to always accomplish it another way.

Here are a few secrets on how to be on your way to reaching those personal development goals:

1. Be optimistic.
You can definitely make it! Bear that in mind. Going after all your goals is achievable. Being optimistic will drive you to persevere no matter what the odds. There is a reason for everything, so difficulties ought to be seen as ways for maturity instead of mere hit blocks which prevent you from your goal.

2. Focus.
Don't be sidetracked. Setting your sights on your goal will make you stay on track. Exploring other stuff or turning back means you're not anticipating, and the most effective way to keep focus as well as concentration is actually to look forward.

Here are some secrets to how you can achieve your personal development goals.

By: Bunmi Sodipe

To live the life of your dreams , there are key success factors that you must embrace, without them, achieving your dreams might just be a wishful thinking after all. Here are the key success factors to help you live your dream.

FAITH
Faith is a potent factor which cannot be relegated to the background in achieving any task, desire, goal and aspiration you set out for yourself. When it appears things will never go right, you must still manage to develop one of the most important factors to success in any endeavour. Faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen. This means faith is what makes you see the end from the beginning and you will be on the right path to live your dreams.

BELIEF
Believing in yourself is perhaps one the most important factors in living your dreams. Whatever you can believe, you can achieve. To achieve your dreams, you have to believe in your ability to succeed and must not think about any possibility of failure. Your belief has a close direction with your action. One of the things you have to do to live the life of your dreams is to change your belief system.

COURAGE

Courage is the ability to launch out in faith to the unknown and then confront the inevitable uncertainty that accompany every dream.

DISCIPLINE
You have to discipline yourself to do what you know you have to do to live the life of your dreams. Discipline is the courage to do something when you do not feel like it and you force yourself anyway to do it.

3 Simple Steps to Stop Limiting Beliefs Destroying Your Life

Have you ever stopped and wondered why some days nothing can stop you achieving grand and glorious things yet other days you are flat out getting out of bed?

Well the solution may be closer at hand than you think.

You see, most of what we create in our lives is created from our thoughts, feelings, emotions and beliefs. Most of these are what has been shared with us growing up from well meaning family, friends, colleagues, teachers........the list goes on.

Unless you are aware of this happening, which most people aren’t, you just accept what others tell you about YOU. Hence your reality is created through the eyes of others not through your eyes. If you’ve been told all your life that you are fat, skinny, stupid, adorable, intelligent, slow or absolutely brilliant, what do you think you are going to think and believe about yourself? More than likely what you have been told over and over again.

This point is not about making the people around you wrong for what they said to you, they were doing the best they could with what they had at the time. The point is about being aware that all of your thoughts, feelings, emotions and beliefs may not be yours. Having them as part of your life may not be in your best interest.

So with new found awareness of your thoughts and beliefs you can start to change your life (if you choose!)

Instead of your limiting thoughts and beliefs destroying your life, you now get to destroy them. How much better than that does it get?

Just follow these three simple steps:

1. Be willing to have awareness of your thoughts, beliefs etc that may be destroying your life

2. When you notice them say to yourself: Everything that is destroy and uncreate it please. This puts you in charge so you can create your life how you want, not being destroyed by your thoughts, beliefs etc

3. Ask yourself: What else could I create here? What else is possible?

If this doesn’t work for you, try my visualize and vaporise technique. Simply visualise the thought, belief etc in a balloon and the watch it vaporise into thin air. Then visualise another balloon and fill it with thoughts etc you would like to have about a certain situation/person.

The basic principles of your success

Author: Peter

Everyone wants to be efficient, yet only a few manage. Why do you think that is? Are they more amazing, do they have more money or are they just generally lucky?

Perhaps they are, but let me tell you the key. Success has nothing to do with them. Sure it is nice if you got them, but what really is important is your mind-set.

Simply put efficient people think in a different way than the rest. They have fantastic workouts and the self-discipline to keep with them. It will take
effort to get there but the best aspect of it is, anyone can get there. I have seen people who had organizations that offered them with a fantastic
income, and they were not exceptional persons.

Often I pay attention to what people say: 'I could do better than that, they are doing this wrong.'. So why don't you? Who is there to stop you? That's
what differentiates them from the others. They did not just talk about it, they acted on it. Believe me, most principles can be turned effective, if
only you had the self-discipline to make them more than just wishes.

So it all comes down to you. If you want your way of life to be different, you need to alter your habits first. Once you have customized yourself, the rest will follow.

How many people do you know that have bad habits? Perhaps you don't even have to go far to see it, they may be your friends, nearby family members, or
even yourself. I know I am responsible of a few, but I am consistently managing them. Trying to determine techniques to get better.
Small aspects, but if you do enough of these little problems they will factor a lot to your complete well being. Get just a bit better, just a bit more
well read, comprehend just a simple new skill.

In time you will have customized yourself. And the best aspect about it? Once you start improving yourself, you will want to see how far you can go.

Next thing you know, you are one of the efficient and people are asking you what you did to get there.

It is so simple, yet most of us are too gradual to do anything about it. It is not our error, we are taught to be this way. In this day and age
everything is just a flip of a switch. We came to believe that we are eligible to everything, it is our right. The quicker you wake up from this dream,
the better off you will be.

It is important to know if you are developing any achievements. Not only will you see how far you've gone but it's also a impressive motivational
source. You need to stay motivated. It is unimportant how, so long as it functions. We are all different and what goes for some, might not be good for
others.
This is where goals come into the picture. Set cost-effective goals to accomplish that way you provide yourself with a moral boost to go further.

The conclusion on things:

  • Realise the aspects you do to set yourself back
  • Come up with little ideas that move you the right direction
  • Keep doing them until they become a habit
  • Set authentic goals to achieve
  • Find techniques to stay motivated

Not As Happy As You Want To Be

by Kim Ravida

Do you love your life? Are you not as happy as you would like to be? Sometimes it's what is happening on the inside that drives what is occurring on the outside. How many times does it feel to you that your life is out of control? Stuff is happening so fast and so often. Your kids aren't listening, the dog isn't listening and your husband says you didn't tell him what you know you told him. Is it them? Or is it you?

You aren't going to like this...it is you. If you are unhappy with what is going on, the first place to look is to you. Great news though, you have the power to change it all. Yes, you do! What is going on inside is causing the turmoil on the outside. What are your thoughts about yourself? Are they positive, encouraging and supporting? Or are they more along the lines of "I can't believe I forgot that, you idiot!" I won't go on - I'm aiming for an upbeat feel here.

If your thoughts are negative and you are always putting yourself down, the chances are the negativity is all around your being. Therefore, when people aren't listening to you, you get annoyed, aggravated and even angry at them. I call that the outward manifestation of your inner being. What it really is though, is that you are truly annoyed, aggravated and angry at yourself. So, then how can you turn that around and get the results you are wanting?

Here are five tips to turn it around:

  1. Remember that you have the power to change what you do not like by taking small simple steps.

  2. Stop being so hard on yourself. When you hear your inner voice say something negative, stop it right there and remember a time where you felt confident.

  3. Be kind and encouraging to yourself. Treat yourself as you would another person and you'll soon shift to a better inner feeling.

  4. Start talking to yourself in a more positive and supporting way.

  5. Begin to pay attention to how you are being with others. Are you showing up in a negative, unloving way and if so, shift that to a positive and loving manner.

Through your actions, what you will begin to see is a transformation in yourself. You will see that you are communicating clearly and that others are really listening.  It's almost like magic and truly beautiful.  You will notice yourself responding differently to others, and others responding to you in a good, positive, very pleasing way. We see the outer part of ourselves so often we forget that we have an inner self as well.  Once we treat our inner self with respect, patience and love, we transform not only ourselves but those around us.  We see the world as a place of beauty; a vast area to live and breathe openly and with great joy.

Creating Money Using the Law of Attraction: Why Most People Fail!

Creating Money Using the Law of Attraction: Why Most People Fail! by Suzanne Glover

When creating money with the Law of Attraction, many people are led to believe that if they say a few money affirmations or a particular wealth affirmation over and over again, they are building the foundation for wealth. However, many times there is a key element left out of their practice of the Law of Attraction and this article discusses this key ingredient to making the Law of Attraction work consistently.

While many people "sell the Law of Attraction" as a magical potion or as one of the more creative ways to make money, creating money from nothing takes a bit more than just reciting money affirmations, learning how to attract money or using the Law of Attraction for money goals that are not in line with our deeper commitments and beliefs.

The key term here being "Commitment." Why? Because there is a magic to the energy of commitment that, if you use it, it will make the Law of Attraction work consistently for you.

Why is this? I think Goethe says it best:

"... the moment one definitely commits oneself, then Providence moves too. All sorts of things occur to help one that would never otherwise have occurred. A whole stream of events issues from the decision, raising in one's favor all manner of unforeseen incidents and meetings and material assistance, which no man could have dreamed would have come his way." ~Johann Wolfgang von Goethe

What does this mean exactly? That commitment has a certain "energy about it" to which the Law of Attraction responds and "energy is key" when creating money using the Law of Attraction.

In fact, energy is key when trying to manifest anything with the Law of Attraction, but is frequently missed because people are so focused on reciting money affirmations or doing other "intellectual" ways to invoking the Law of Attraction, which have "hit and miss" results. This can be frustrating and is why many people give up before reaching their goals.

If you want to get the Law of Attraction's attention, you want to speak to it "energetically" and commitment is one of the key energetic ways of enlisting the Law of Attraction's help to manifest money and discover the secret of wealth that comes from having a deep sense of certainty inside of yourself because you know, without a doubt, that you have found the true power for making the Law of Attraction respond to your "every whim."

Commitment is especially key when creating money using the Law of Attraction because just like learning to ride a bicycle, there are things to learn about how to attract money using the Law of Attraction, which means there is a learning curve to building the foundation for wealth.

Staying committed throughout the learning curve of learning how to manifest money is how money is created because as you get better at learning the art of the Law of Attraction through your continued commitment to learning the process, you get better and better at creating money.

Sadly, though, many people lack the belief and commitment to stay the course and give up when they are "three feet away from the prize" because they don't realize how important commitment and self-responsibility are to making the Law of Attraction work.

Commitment is also important because it gives you that internal "nudge" to keep you going, while at the same time "nudges" the Law of Attraction to keep going for you.

Suffice to say that once you are committed to making something happen, it usually does happen... no matter what. Especially if you keep the "no matter what" in mind. Another great quote I've heard about commitment is:

"Whatever it takes, for as long as it takes, no matter what." ~Joe Neid

Many people fail to make the Law of Attraction work for themselves because they are not guided to "stay consistent throughout the learning curve" or to use energetic techniques in place of the more common intellectual techniques. Having a deep sense of commitment makes things happen energetically, whether you are intellectually "thinking about your goals" or not.

While there are other energetic means of making the Law of Attraction work, when creating money using the Law of Attraction, it is essential to use the "energetic signature" of staying committed to your goal because it is through energetic means such as this that the Law of Attraction responds... no matter what.

Watch Suzanne Glover's The Secret to Money video where she explains the importance of working energetically with the Law of Attraction. Suzanne also gives more free tips and advice at Effective-Positive-Thinking.com.

Stop Allowing Yourself to Be Distracted

by Andrew Horton

The best way to achieve greatness and to excel at everything you do is to remove distraction from your life. Whatever you do, always give 100 % to the task at hand. When you are working on any specific project, place all your energy into working as effectively as you can on that project only. Avoid your natural tendency to keep thinking about other projects or personal issues. The same is true for when you are resting or playing, concentrate all your energy on actually recharging your batteries during rest or whilst carrying out your hobby. Avoid thinking about any work related issues, during this time, as this will keep you from adequately resting. Wherever you are or whatever you are doing, be there completely.

Focus 100 % on What You are Doing
I guess that this sounds like common sense and as such you would assume that everybody lives their lives like this. Unfortunately as you know, most things that are common knowledge or common sense are seldom common practice. Commit to make this subtle, yet crucial shift to the way you approach everything in your life and you will see a profound improvement in the results you will enjoy in both your life and business. When you make this shift, you will be more focused on your work, whilst working and your energy will all flow towards making you operate as effectively and productively as possible. The same is true for whilst you are resting. The focus you will invest into actually resting, will allow you to recharge your batteries properly, allowing you to be rested and ready to tackle your week with gusto.

Don't allow yourself to be Distracted
So many people allow themselves to be distracted from the task at hand. When they are working, they are thinking about friends, rest, recreation or other distractions and while they are spending time with friends' or family or they are involved in recreational activities, they are constantly thinking of work and feel like they are procrastinating. This is the reason why so many people struggle to find harmony and balance in their lives.

When you are constantly focused on something else, when carrying out any task, your attention is not completely on the task at all. So when this happens, your energy flows away from where it should be. As you know wherever you attention goes, your energy flows. When you allow constant distraction and you do not give all your focus to the task at hand, you will never achieve a satisfactory result in the end.

Having a Rest Ethic is as Crucial as having a Work Ethic
Resting is a crucial part of any success journey. It is during rest periods that you recharge your batteries and re-energise yourself. The challenge most people have is that during rest, when they should be recharging their batteries, they are constantly thinking about work and all the things they did not manage to get done, whilst they were working, because when they were working they were thinking about their family or focused on other distractions. This is a downward spiral and over time causes burnout and very poor performance.

Action Idea: The way to fix this is simple, start with the all-important rest periods. Schedule rest into your week and ensure that you schedule a minimum of 24 hours of total rest into your schedule. During these 24 hours, you must give yourself permission to switch off completely from work and just relax and recharge your batteries. This will allow you to be refreshed and fired up the next work day. When you commit to introduce this into your schedule, your productivity will soar and you will achieve so much the following day.

Done for the Day
Next introduce a new habit into your schedule; I refer to as "Done For The Day". This is a scheduled time each day, which you plan into your schedule, where you accept that you are going to stop working. You give yourself permission to stop working for the day, to switch off and actually rest and unwind. This conscious permission, allows you to move from work mode into rest mode, without feeling guilty. When you make this shift and you practice this simple technique, when you are done each day, you are spending time with your family resting, instead of beating yourself up because you feel like you should rather be working. It allows you to be invested in resting 100 %. You no longer feel like you are procrastinating and should be working. You are done for the day and as such are investing really important time with your family.

Making it work for you
The best way to find a place where you feel comfortable to apply "Done For The Day" successfully in your life is to schedule your life as follows:

Set a time aside each day when you will stop working. The time you choose is unique to you, I choose 20H00 each day.
At around 19H40 I review my day and asses my performance and outcomes for that day. This takes about 5 minutes.
Any tasks that I was unable to complete that day. I place onto my dairy as first priorities for the next morning.
I then spend 15 minutes planning for the next day. I include as much information in this process as possible. For example if I need to make a call, I ensure that I include the telephone number etc.
I then feel comfortable that everything is taken care of and I switch off from work mode and move into rest and recharge mode.
I have given myself permission to stop working at a specific time each day. This has allowed me to completely rest and recharge my batteries, without feeling guilty that I am not working. I have also become far more effective when I work, because I am totally rested each morning. I also feel totally focused on my work and get an incredible amount done each day.

Give whatever you are doing the gift of your complete attention. Pay attention; stop staggering through your day. Focus your energy on getting from your day, stop simply trying to get through your day.

Setting Yourself Up For Success

Setting Yourself Up For Success

By Sandra Willliams

Are you someone who goes through the exercise of setting their goals and then takes no action, does nothing? Writing down your goals is certainly the first step, which is more than most people do. If you don't automatically begin to take some sort of positive action, it is unlikely you will ever attain them.So take your goals and do something like developing a plan of action or even just creating your timeline to get things done.

Get yourself excited about the journey of working on your goals.Take your list of dreams, say for example you've always wanted to take an 18 day cruise through Europe. Although you might not have the money currently, there is nothing better than getting things lined up, so why not gather the pertinent information, e.g., cost, approximate dates of departure to choose from, best cruises, etc.You need to start feeling the experience of achieving your goals and by taking small steps soon things will snowball and seem to take on a life of their own. Before you know it you will have booked the cruise and be planning what to pack in your suitcase.

Just remember your list of goals is a living document so as soon as you achieve one, keep updating and adding to.Your list is your life and you are the captain guiding the ship. If you always stay ashore, you will never go anywhere or get anything done. Is that what you want for your life? Or worse, to let the seas take you with the tide never knowing where you will land nor in what shape.

Many of us have the desire at some point in our life to be able to give back to society in one way or another. This one desire can be help you achieve the rest of your goals. How is that you ask? Often it's the goal of contribution that fuels us to achieving the rest of our goals so that we can be in a position to contribute in a way that is most meaningful to us. So, don't forget to include this aspect when developing your goals.

You know what to do, it's up to you to inspire yourself to take action. Consistency is the key to continually raising the bar. Once you develop a pattern a taking action is will become a habit.Just realize that the same pattern that got you to where you are today, will not get you to where you want to go.
