Can You Really Improve Your Self Confidence With Subliminal Messaging?

We all know a friend who is naturally confident, they are comfortable in their own skin, naturally social and they are generally outgoing in any new situation.

Perhaps you are more socially anxious or feel awkward when meeting new people. You perhaps feel as if your confident friends are fortunately blessed with confidence and you will never be like this, however, this is just not the case.

Confidence is a skill just like spelling, or reading or any other, and this means anyone can develop it. The only reason that these people are confident and you aren't is that they have "learnt" their confidence from an early age - and they have experienced positive responses to their social skills and efforts (perhaps being praised or rewarded for outgoing behavior in some way) so they kept getting more and more confident. You didn't receive such a positive response, but instead were laughed at even, or perhaps rejected when you made efforts to act more outgoing, so instead of growing more confident you entered a negative spiral and became more introverted.

Confidence is all in your mind - i.e. in the way you think and act, and probably even more importantly your self beliefs and beliefs about what you are and are not capable of. If you can change these patterns of thinking within your mind and change your self beliefs then you will also become more confident.

How Can I Reprogram My Self Beliefs?

This is where subliminal messaging comes in!

Subliminals will gain access to your subconscious mind naturally and make changes to these negative self beliefs. Slowly they will replace them with positive beliefs and plant powerful seeds of confidence instead - basically to stop you thinking in the way that you do and to instill the types of personality traits shared by these naturally confident people.

Just imagine the feeling of having the same set of self beliefs as someone who is just naturally confident - feeling excited by social interactions, feeling more extroverted, really wanting to voice your opinion - think how confident this set of self beliefs would make you on the outside!

Make a change today with this life changing subliminal confidence album, or if you have not used subliminal messages before you can try three free subliminal messages.

Simply Take Action

The time to take action on any new idea, which comes into your head, is now. The sooner you take action, while the idea is still hot and the emotion is strong, the greater the level of inspiration and the better your drive will be to succeed.

Example: As you know a commitment towards lifelong learning, is crucial, if you want to achieve anything meaningful with your life. So in line with this commitment, let's say you decide that you want to start to build your new library, filled with all the right personal development books, to support your commitment towards your personal growth. While the idea is still fresh and the desire is strong, you should either go straight to the bookstore to buy the books you need or immediately go online and order them from Amazon.

Law of diminishing Intent
Take action while the iron is still hot or before the great idea you had dims. If you don;t, you will fall prey to the 'LAW OF DIMINISHING INTENT'. This law is simple. It is all about intention and lost opportunities. You intend to take action when an idea comes to your mind. You intend to do something, when the emotion is high, but if you do not translate that intention into action fairly soon after it comes into your mind, the urgency starts to diminish and the intent and drive diminishes. As time passes the passion dies, the urgency goes cold and eventually the idea just fades away like it never even existed in the first place.

Take Action
The immediate cure for the Law of diminishing intent and the way to make things start to happen in your life is to learn the discipline of simply taking action, whilst ideas are still hot in your mind. The sooner you learn the discipline of taking action immediately, while any idea is still fresh, clear, strong and powerful, the greater will be the clarity around what you want to achieve.

If you hear someone speak about good health and it inspires you to finally do something about improving your own health. Immediately buy a good book on nutrition and place it in a visible place, where you will see it and actually read it every day. While the idea is still fresh and the passion is high, join a gym and schedule time into your dairy to attend gym sessions. Get an accountability partner to support you and to join you at the gym, to workout with you. This will encourage you to actually go to gym and improve your health.

Don't waste the wisdom
Unless you take action on any great idea the wisdom it brings will be wasted. The strong emotion brought on, by any new great idea, is soon wasted, unless you have the discipline to actually get off your butt and take action immediately. Discipline is the catalyst, which allows you to capture the wisdom and translate it into action and finally success. The key to increase your level of inspiration and to successfully turn any wisdom, which comes to you into success, is to learn the art of discipline. When an idea comes to you, flex your discipline muscles immediately and convert the idea into action as soon as possible.

Build your Self Esteem
One of the greatest benefits, which flows from discipline, is self-worth or self-esteem. Discipline, drive, keeping all the commitments you make with yourself and taking action, are all key elements needed to build your self-esteem and belief in your ability to succeed. A lack of discipline or consistently letting yourself down, erodes your psyche and damages your self-esteem. The temptation to ease up and not deliver your best, breaking those crucial commitments you make with yourself, is a sure-fire way to destroy your self-esteem and to destroy your belief in yourself.

Neglect Compounds into Regret
There is a huge problem with allowing even a little bit of neglect and poor daily discipline to creep in to your life. The lack of daily commitment and neglect adds up over time and compounds into regret and bad results. Any neglect, no matter how small, has the ability to add up into poor results over time.

Discipline Compounds into Meaning and Fulfilment
The price of neglect is, failure, regret, divorce, bankruptcy, retrenchment etc. whilst the price of daily discipline, weighs almost nothing at all. The rewards of consistent daily discipline are huge though and add up into a life of value, filled with meaning joy and satisfaction. Act now and invite discipline into your experience. The rewards are well worth the small daily price required.

Not As Happy As You Want To Be

by Kim Ravida

Do you love your life? Are you not as happy as you would like to be? Sometimes it's what is happening on the inside that drives what is occurring on the outside. How many times does it feel to you that your life is out of control? Stuff is happening so fast and so often. Your kids aren't listening, the dog isn't listening and your husband says you didn't tell him what you know you told him. Is it them? Or is it you?

You aren't going to like this...it is you. If you are unhappy with what is going on, the first place to look is to you. Great news though, you have the power to change it all. Yes, you do! What is going on inside is causing the turmoil on the outside. What are your thoughts about yourself? Are they positive, encouraging and supporting? Or are they more along the lines of "I can't believe I forgot that, you idiot!" I won't go on - I'm aiming for an upbeat feel here.

If your thoughts are negative and you are always putting yourself down, the chances are the negativity is all around your being. Therefore, when people aren't listening to you, you get annoyed, aggravated and even angry at them. I call that the outward manifestation of your inner being. What it really is though, is that you are truly annoyed, aggravated and angry at yourself. So, then how can you turn that around and get the results you are wanting?

Here are five tips to turn it around:

  1. Remember that you have the power to change what you do not like by taking small simple steps.

  2. Stop being so hard on yourself. When you hear your inner voice say something negative, stop it right there and remember a time where you felt confident.

  3. Be kind and encouraging to yourself. Treat yourself as you would another person and you'll soon shift to a better inner feeling.

  4. Start talking to yourself in a more positive and supporting way.

  5. Begin to pay attention to how you are being with others. Are you showing up in a negative, unloving way and if so, shift that to a positive and loving manner.

Through your actions, what you will begin to see is a transformation in yourself. You will see that you are communicating clearly and that others are really listening.  It's almost like magic and truly beautiful.  You will notice yourself responding differently to others, and others responding to you in a good, positive, very pleasing way. We see the outer part of ourselves so often we forget that we have an inner self as well.  Once we treat our inner self with respect, patience and love, we transform not only ourselves but those around us.  We see the world as a place of beauty; a vast area to live and breathe openly and with great joy.

Three Steps For Taking Control of Your Future And Living Life to the Fullest

by Jane Mountrose

Are you frustrated with the direction your life is taking and ready to make some positive changes in your life? If you really want to assume command, you may be thinking you'd like to be your own boss and create a larger income and have more control of your time, so you can really enjoy life.

If this sounds like you, then you are moving into new territory, which can feel scary. On the other hand, taking charge of your future is a positive step in becoming the person you are meant to be.

In contrast to what people are saying about times being tough and prospects looking bleak, there are ways that you can create improved health, greater wealth, and more free time. And you can start today with these important success secrets.

Three Keys for Taking Command and Creating the Best Possible Life

1. Take a close look at where you are now. Taking command of your life involves living more intentionally. Most men and women are unclear about where they would most like to go and how to get there. The place to start, then, is with creating a vision of the life you desire. Decide what you'd like to get from life if you could be, do, and have anything you want, which you can.

Most people miss this critically important step. They are told that they've got to work more and work faster to get more from their lives. This is completely wrong. These people wind up losing control, rushing from one thing to the next without ever deciding exactly where they hope to go and getting even less from life.

2. Put your dreams in writing. When you do this, they become clearer. Many individuals avoid doing this, too, because they are afraid that they won't ever succeed.

Actually, statistics show that the people who write down their dreams and goals are the ones who succeed. Which type of person do you want to be? Can you be satisfied being a person who doesn't ever commit and never starts? Or do you want to be the rare individual who gets on the road to your dreams and never looks back?

The key here is to get onto the road to success now. This requires doing another thing most people won't do.

3. Get out of your comfort zone and learn to think like an entrepreneur. Those who take this step are happier and more satisfied with their results. They also usually run their own businesses, which is a huge change for most men and women.

Business owners are a special breed of enterprising people with a vision. To start to become more like an entrepreneur, ask yourself these questions:

How might you provide a product or service that would bring value to others?

How might you offer this value with a product or service you love to do?

How might you make this easy so you also have more free time AND have the income you desire?

You might not have answers for all of these questions now and that's okay. You most likely know that if you are an employee you can't take command of your life and create the future you envision for yourself and those you love.

For the most part, people working for others are realizing someone else's dream, earning an income that will never provide the amount of money or control of your time that you long for. Start with the steps you read here to take charge and get yourself on track for living life to the fullest today.

Discover "Why Success Training is Critical in Business" today and get ready to take command of your life.

Boost Your Self Esteem!

by Scott Beckstead

When you consider that low self-esteem is usually the result of negative messages being absorbed by the subconscious, it makes sense that feeding your mind more positive messages can make a powerful difference!

What stops most people is the uncertainty of what to say, and how to word affirmations for optimal effectiveness. Below you'll find some simple tips to help you write effective affirmations for improving your self-esteem.

1) Present tense. First, it's helpful to word affirmations in present tense, not future. You wouldn't want to say, 'I will learn to love myself' because that makes it sound like you'll get around to it someday. Instead you could say, 'I choose to love myself'. The wording of that affirmation does two things: it empowers you with the addition of the words 'choose to', and it puts the timeframe in the present moment.

2) Believable. At the same time, your affirmations should be believable to you. If you tried to say, I am a wonderful person with a lot to offer the world, you may not really believe that, so your subconscious mind might reject it. Instead, try to focus on a process rather than an end result in your affirmations. Say something like, I am learning to embrace my uniqueness and share it confidently with others.

3) Use the right tone. When you recite affirmations, you can do so aloud or just mentally, but you should focus heavily on the TONE you use. Rather than saying the words without emotion like you were reading a newspaper really inject an element of love and tenderness into them. Your subconscious mind picks up on the emotional aspect of what youíre saying more than the actual words. Imagine the difference between saying the words, ìI really love myselfî with a tone of love and compassion, or sarcasm. Which do you think would have a greater impact on your subconscious mind?

4) Repetition. Once you've got some affirmations formed to work on your self-esteem, try saying them several times a day. Remember, your subconscious mind is constantly playing back old, negative messages so you want to counteract those as much as possible. Keep reciting your more positive thoughts on a regular basis - especially when you become aware that youíre thinking negatively about yourself.

5) Give it time. Finally, remember that it will take time to change those old, negative messages in your mind to something more positive. It may take a few weeks or even months before youíll notice an obvious difference in how you feel, and you may be tempted to think it isn't working. Keep with it, and you will begin to see a difference eventually! Most likely it will be a gradual change. Little by little you'll start feeling more positive, and notice that you're feeling a bit happier and lighter. That's your signal that it's working!
