Or if you worry about social situations, then it would instil inside you beneficial patterns of thinking in this area - so that you start looking forward to socializing, and make use of a way of thinking where you relish meeting and learning new things about completely new individuals.

This is exactly how you start to change. However, the next element is necessary for much deeper, and true, lasting change:

The second aspect is that hypnosis changes your values on a deep level

For example, it aims to replace the negative self beliefs, beliefs which hold you back from authentic change, for positive ones. It'll make you more positive, more self confident, and ensure that you truly feel like you actually will change, like you can improve yourself and most importantly, that you DESERVE change.
